How an Azure AI Foundry engagement works

Our seven services fall into three groups. Plan: a strategy and readiness assessment that sets your data approach, model choice and roadmap before you build. Build: agent design and build, Azure OpenAI integration, Copilot Studio agents, Azure AI Search and RAG, and Azure AI Agent Service deployment. Fix: a rescue and optimisation service for projects that have stalled or underperform.

Work is delivered as fixed-price sprints, starting with a 2-week pilot and moving to production in two to four weeks. Pilots keep the cost and scope of the first decision small, so you see a working agent on your own data before committing to a larger build.

Which service you need depends mostly on where you are. If you have not chosen an approach, begin with strategy and readiness. If you know the use case, go straight to design and build. If something already exists but is slow, costly or unreliable, the rescue service audits latency, cost, hallucination rates and observability.

Frequently asked questions

Where should we start?

If you have not decided on architecture or use case, start with Strategy & Readiness. If the use case is clear, start with AI Agent Design & Build.

Should we use Copilot Studio or a custom build?

Copilot Studio suits low-code agents deployed into Microsoft 365 surfaces. Custom builds using Semantic Kernel suit complex orchestration or deep system integration. Our Copilot Studio and Semantic Kernel comparison guides cover the trade-offs.

What does the rescue service look at?

Latency, cost, hallucination rates and observability on an existing Azure AI project, followed by fixes that get it delivering.

What does a pilot involve?

A 2-week fixed-price sprint that puts a working agent in front of your team on your own data, so you can judge it before committing to a production build.

How is the work priced?

Every service is delivered as a fixed-price sprint, confirmed on a free 30-minute architecture call.
